Allora Solutions was born from Milena’s vision to make life easier for those facing everyday bureaucracy. With years of experience, as a licensed insurance producer and as a Notary Public, she’s helped countless individuals and entrepreneurs turn complex paperwork into clear, trusted solutions. Originally from Brazil, Milena knows what it means to start over. She is passionate about guiding others with empathy, precision, and purpose.
At Allora, she leads with both heart and structure, ensuring every client feels supported, seen, and empowered!
Richarlles Nascimento
Partner & CHRO
Richarlles is the backbone of Allora Solutions. A true immigrant story, he arrived without speaking English and rebuilt his life with courage and strength. As Milena’s husband, he now supports the team behind the scenes, managing HR, assisting with operations, and offering steady support. While Milena creates and Thabata leads, Richarlles brings balance and resilience to keep everything running with soul and purpose.
